Products sold through this store are digital products supplied electronically. No physical product will be posted to you unless a product description specifically states otherwise.
Please check the product description carefully before purchasing to make sure the product is suitable for your needs.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in GBP and include applicable UK VAT where required.
Payment must be made through the payment methods available at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
4. Delivery of digital products
After successful payment, your digital product will be made available electronically, normally via a download link on the order confirmation page and/or by email.

5. Cancellation and refunds
Digital products are supplied immediately after purchase.
Before completing your purchase, you will be asked to expressly consent to the immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that you will lose your 14-day right to cancel once supply of the digital content begins.
This does not affect your statutory rights. If digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not meet the requirements of applicable consumer law, please contact info@thevacoach.com.
