Returns and refunds

The VA Coach sells digital products that are supplied electronically. No physical products will be posted to you.

Digital downloads

When purchasing a digital product, you will be asked to agree to receive the digital content immediately and to acknowledge that, once the download or supply of the digital content begins, you lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel.

Because digital products cannot be returned once supplied, I do not normally offer refunds simply because you have changed your mind after the digital content has been supplied.

Problems with your download

If you have difficulty accessing your purchase, receive the wrong file, or there is a technical problem with the download, please contact me and I will do my best to resolve it.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. If digital content is faulty, not as described or does not otherwise meet the requirements of applicable consumer law, you may be entitled to an appropriate remedy.
